Have your own prep center? Use this form to apply for Fulfillza. Platform Admin review is required before your company workspace is opened.

This registration is for businesses that operate their own prep center or 3PL. If you are a client of an existing prep center, use the login account your prep center provided.

7 days free after approval After approval, you can use Fulfillza for 7 days. Add a card from Account > Subscription before the trial ends to continue. Your first paid month is billed at $1 before regular subscription pricing applies. Subscription billing can be managed or canceled from Account > Subscription or through Fulfillza support.

Additional warehouses
  • Warehouses above the selected plan allowance are $10.00/month each.
  • Adding or canceling a warehouse does not reset the company trial, promo, renewal date, or processing-credit cycle.
Additional users
  • Employees above the selected plan allowance are $2.00/month each.
  • Client users above the selected plan allowance are $0.50/month each.
Annual billing discount
  • Pay annually and get 1 month free.
  • Annual total is calculated as 11 months of the approved monthly subscription amount.
  • Included processing credits reset monthly for the company subscription.
  • Overage fees apply only to processing credits above the selected company plan allowance.
  • Employee and client-user add-ons are billed monthly above the selected company plan allowance.
  • Processing credits are based on service type, units, cartons, returns, inspections, and fulfillment activity.
  • Storage billing stays separate and is not included in processing credits.
  • After Platform Admin approval, the first 7 days are free and the first paid month is billed at $1.

Business approval and billing
  • Fulfillza is a business-to-business platform for legitimate prep centers, 3PLs, warehouses, and fulfillment providers.
  • Submitting this application does not guarantee approval or unrestricted access. Platform Admin may approve, reject, restrict, or request more information.
  • Approved subscribers receive 7 days of free access. The first paid month is billed at $1 before regular subscription pricing applies.
  • Subscription billing can be managed or canceled from Account > Subscription or through Fulfillza support.
  • ACH or bank payments remain unavailable as usable credit until Stripe confirms successful payment or verification.
Client, fraud, and label responsibility
  • The subscriber is responsible for its admins, employees, clients, client users, permissions, orders, products, shipment data, billing settings, and label activity.
  • The subscriber must conduct commercially reasonable screening, verification, and monitoring of clients, orders, products, payments, and shipping-label activity.
  • Fulfillza may restrict, suspend, or request records when activity creates fraud, payment, carrier, marketplace, legal, security, or platform risk.
  • Fake labels, counterfeit postage, unauthorized labels, stolen payment methods, deceptive orders, unlawful goods, and misuse of carrier or marketplace services are prohibited.
